14oz Fresh Bread.
14oz Meat (Fresh or Tinned).
4oz Porridge Oatmeal.
8oz Flour.
4oz Sugar.
4oz Tinned baked Beans.
4oz Tinned Evaporated Milk.
4oz Cooking Oil (Ghee) Indian.
4oz Dried Fruit (Raisins Currants etc).
14oz Fresh vegetables (Onions, Potatoes, Courgettes).
4oz Dried Vegetables, when available (Rutabagas) Australian.

8oz Tinned Cheese.
2oz Mango Pickle.
4oz Margarine.
4oz Jam.
4oz Tinned Bacon.
10oz Soya Sausage Links, Fresh Chicken Wing – 1 per man per day.

8oz Eggs per Man per Day, used in cooking also
14oz Corned Beef.

8oz Tinned Fish (Pilchards, Sardines Etc).
6oz Dried Tea.
60 Cigarettes per Man per Day.
2oz Rum Ration per Day.
1 Pint Lime Juice per Man Daily.
